Well this feels like a breakthrough righ. First completed work from a series about Latino stereotypes, w a focus on the Latin Lover. Very honored to have been awarded a grant to continue the project over the summer and next year. Super excited to see how the concept will evolve.

Chimney Rock & Mt. Evans. Really been enjoying taking and pushing stuff that I usually keep in my sketchbook and making it a focus… decided to make some landscapes when In isolation and really liking how they turned out! Def want to make some more this size and much larger! Dm for inquiries :) .

Ayyyy some people have been asking about what I’ve made w the clay 3D printer! Here is my first project that is entirely 3D printed in clay, with 3D printed plastic additions. This piece is a modernized version of the ancient Metepec tradition of the Tree of Life. I wanted to explore the idea of the positive / negative duality of Mexican-ness in the contemporary American mind. It’s just so odd for people to looove your cultures food and holidays, but simultaneously not care about issues of the boarder and stereotypes… but I love how it turned out visually! #latinoart #mexicanart

Dyslexia Self Portrait. Been playing with making my drawing and things I keep to myself larger and ‘serious’ and really liking the results… more coming!
